A CBD booster is a very high concentration e-liquid in CBD. It is added to the DIY e-liquid preparations to transform a traditional e-liquid into e-liquid to CBD. This isolat then dilutes into a solution of propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin and medium heat heated aromas (60°C) to create your own e-liquid.
