Our 5% CBD oil is Full Spectrum, which means it comes from a supercritical CO2 extraction of cannabidiol from the hemp plant. This extraction mode allows it to keep all natural elements, including terpenes and cannabinoids. During this operation, other active principles are retained to create the effect surrounding oil. Full Spectrum is mentioned to refer to this complete effect that is distinguished from the effects of pure CBD in crystals or CBD isolate.

The dosage will depend on your body context, age and desired effects.

We recommend starting with 3 drops every 8 hours. Once you have accustomed your body to the molecule and discovered its effects on you, you can gradually increase the dosage in CBD. You can start to increase the number of drops by taking CBD Full Spectrum oil until you reach a maximum of 9 drops every 6 or 8 hours (depending on the duration of the effects).

First try with a drop, then two, then three, until you find the dose that suits you.

Once you have found the most suitable dosage for you, you can switch to the consumption of CBD 5% oil by sublingual way. This method allows the organism to absorb CBD oil by oral mucous membranes and to allow the active principles of cannabidiol to arrive to the blood system and reach our endocannabinoid system faster.
