But the 1er january 2019, AMA – World Anti-Doping Agency removes CBD from the list of products banned in sports competition! THC and other cannabinoids are always among the prohibited and sought-after substances during anti-doping controls. Thus, the World Anti-Doping Agency allows the consumption of CBD freed from THC tracks for athletes, it is a true recognition of the benefits of CBD in the amateur and professional sport environment. Since then, the consumption of cannabidiol for sport has democratized in many disciplines such as endurance sports, combat sports.

Consuming CBD can have a positive impact on your training session or competition. Many athletes consume it before doing sports to be more efficient. How to consume CBD for a sportsman
If this is your first use of CBD, we recommend you start your treatment with half of the usual doses. For an effective CBD treatment for an athlete, it is recommended to take about 2-3 mg of CBD 3 times a day:
- About 30 minutes before sports activity to promote concentration and prepare its body for effort
- At the end of your training for better sports recovery
- 1 h before bed for restorative sleep.
